Having carried out the dilapidations survey, the costed dilapidations assessment was prepared and the client advised on the negotiation options for recoverability of the tenant’s dilapidation liabilities.
Once a strategy was established, the terminal schedule of dilapidations was served on behalf of the Landlord. Galbraith then negotiated the assessment with the tenant’s surveyor and successfully achieved a cash settlement which was 85% of the original claim.
