    Galbraith Inverness has released its report for Q4 of 2017, showing a positive increase in performance compared with the same quarter of 2016.

    There was an increase of 8% in properties sold in the period, with an average price of £345,609.

  2. Ayrshire Property Market Booming

    The Galbraith Ayr office has published its statistics for house sales during the fourth quarter of 2017, which showed a rise of 63% in properties sold compared with the same quarter in the preceding year.

    Galbraith in Ayr reports that the market is particularly active for properties priced up to £440,000.
