Ebury House

Galbraith were appointed by the client to manage a series of service charge works at this six storey property, all running in conjunction with one another over a period of 12 months.

The individual projects included a full strip and replacement of the 9,500 sq ft flat roof, replacement of two passenger lifts, installation of a stair mounted passenger lift and the replacement of the BMS and boiler serving the full building. Minor internal works were also carried out at the same time to maintain the windows on all floors.

The property remained occupied by the tenant throughout the duration of the works and disruption was successfully kept to a minimum.
