Galbraith appointed to assist their client with planning, building warrant and contract administration duties in relation to the demolition of a 17,000sq.ft industrial unit.

After securing the statutory consents, Galbraith assisted in co-ordinating the isolation of the building’s incoming utility services, prepared a scope of works, obtained competitive tenders, appointed the principal contractor and oversaw administration of the contract until works completion.
