Galbraith were appointed by the tenant, to undertake a dilapidations liability assessment on two leased floors of the famous “Gherkin” office building in London.

The building surveying team inspected the premises and formed a schedule of dilapidations for each floor to provide the client with an understanding of their dilapidations liability.

Following issue of the schedule, Galbraith then proceeded to negotiate a cash settlement with the landlord’s surveyor and advise the client on the recommended procedures at lease end in order to reduce their overall dilapidations liability.
