As part of the re-location Galbraith undertook a dilapidations assessment of the five Hatfield units and worked with the landlord to undertake a package of external repair works to mitigate their dilapidations liability.
The works involved cut edge corrosion treatment, roof light refurbishment and a full re-coating of one of the roofs. Galbraith undertook a full package of professional and project services to successfully deliver the project and facilitate the smooth transition of handing back the premises to the landlord at the lease end.
