Kay Paton

Kay joined our Castle Douglas office in early 2026, bringing over 20 years experience as a rural surveyor and valuer in south west Scotland.  Kay is responsible for a variety of rural work including farm and estate sales, valuations, estate management and consultancy work.

She graduated from Glasgow University with an honours degree in Law before completing a Masters in Land Economy at Aberdeen University, and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a RICS Registered Valuer and a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.
