Emma Chalmers heads up the Estate Sales team at Galbraith, together with the Perth and Cupar Agency Departments and forms part of the Natural Capital Division. As a highly experienced Chartered Surveyor, Emma has worked within the rural agency division of Galbraith for over 20 years and handles high value property sales, purchases and valuations of rural property throughout Scotland, specialising in estates, farms and country houses and which has included large portfolio disposals. Emma has a vast and detailed practical experience and knowledge of the intricate nature of landed transactions and valuations.
