Annie Smith

Annie joined Galbraith in February 2026 as a Surveyor, based in the Hexham office, having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in Lincolnshire in 2025. Annie is involved with all aspects of estate management and professional consultancy across the North of England, as well as being an RICS Registered Valuer. Annie is a graduate of Newcastle and Harper Adams Universities, as well as a probationary member of the CAAV.
