CKD Galbraith is delighted to announce the appointment of Jennifer Campbell to head the residential department in the firm's Edinburgh office in December 2014. Jennifer will handle the office's growing property portfolio and oversee Edinburgh's expanding team of experienced agents.
To date Jennifer has had a very successful career in the property sector. Having worked for the firm for over 5 years and progressed to Associate level she is delighted to be returning Edinburgh where her career with the firm initially began.
Jennifer is returning to the Edinburgh office from the firm's Perth agency where she has a strong track record for successful handling and boosting sales across the region.
Jennifer said: "I'm delighted to be joining CKD Galbraith's Edinburgh office as Head of Residential. It's great to be coming home' to Edinburgh. As well as beginning my career with CKD Galbraith here I also grew up and was schooled in the capital so I am thrilled to be returning. Having a background in the town and rural housing markets puts me in good stead for handling sales across a broad market spectrum in a prime residential area. I am very fortunate to be joining a highly experienced team with a strong foothold in the market."
Simon Brown, head of residential sales for CKD Galbraith, said: "Jennifer is a highly experienced property agent with excellent knowledge of the residential sector in Scotland and I am delighted that such an experienced professional will further strengthen our dedicated Edinburgh team."
By expanding its residential team the city's office will offer a more comprehensive service to clients in the capital, Lothians, Peeblesshire, and the Borders. The firm has centralised its support function to provide a more comprehensive service in an expanding residential property sales department.
The firm has also expanded its operations in Galashiels. Harry Lukas, Mike Thompson and James Galbraith now head an expanded and highly experienced land agency team in Galashiels serving the needs of clients in the Borders.
