We announced today (25 May 2010) the appointment of Ed Seymour, who will oversee the firm's residential sales in the Scottish Borders.

As a former Partner in King Sturge LLP, Ed brings a wealth of experience to the role. Ed's extensive market knowledge and expertise highlights CKD Galbraith's commitment to the building on their successes in the Borders, where good quality rural property has continued to command premium prices throughout difficult economic conditions in the rest of the UK.

Ed will act as head of the firm's three offices in the region: in Peebles, Kelso and Galashiels, where properties are currently marketed in excess of 35million across a broad spectrum, ranging from 30,000 up to 2million real estate.
