The Galbraith Investment Team have advised JCAM on the sale of Gateway House, Deans Industrial Estate, Livingston.

The building is fully let to Royal Mail until October 2029, subject to a break in October 2027, at a passing rent of £780,000 p.a. (£6.55 per sq ft).

JCAM sold the asset to a private investor for a price of £6.73m reflecting a net initial yield of 10.87%.
