Service Desk Analyst

We have a unique opportunity for a full-time Service Desk Analyst to join our team in our Stirling office to support Galbraith-IT department

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Be the first point of contact to the business for IT Services providing a consistently professional friendly service to all staff.
  • Liaise with the wider team to facilitate the resolution of a support or service request, providing ticket comms updates as outlined by the team.
  • Working and liaising with 3rd party suppliers and service desks in order to facilitate internal requests.
  • Logging of Change Requests and facilitating the requirements and impact assessments.  
  • Assisting and working alongside our Development function to:
    • Drafting, facilitating and actioning Test Plans
    • Supporting, gathering and analysing Google and SEO data.
    • Assisting in Devops

Work Pattern

The role is offered on a full time basis, Monday – Thursday 9am-5.30pm & Friday 9am-5pm, a total of 37hrs per week. Hybrid working will be offered following an initial training period. Further details of this will be discussed at interview.


To be Successful 


The successful candidate will ideally have a relevant IT qualification or experience, with strong knowledge of windows and Microsoft 365. 


You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels with internal and external clients and be calm under pressure. You will have proven organisational skills and demonstrate the ability to prioritise effectively whilst upholding meticulous attention to detail. You will have experience using Microsoft packages including SharePoint (advantageous). We are looking for an individual who will thrive in a fast paced environment and be a team player. 


You must hold a full clean driving licence
