Senior Lettings Negotiator

We have a unique opportunity for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our busy residential lettings team within our Kelso office.

In this role we are looking for someone to manage and grow our existing letting portfolio and provide general support to the lettings team.

Galbraith is a diverse multi-disciplinary firm with offices across Scotland and Northern England, specialising in property sales and lettings and the rural, energy, forestry and commercial sectors with a growing presence in the emerging Natural Capital sector.

 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and increase our existing lettings portfolio.
  • Winning new business
  • Undertake property appraisals, writing accurate and engaging property descriptions.
  • Liaise with clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding throughout the process.
  • Preparation of fees, client invoices, leases and other lettings documentation.
  • Keep up to date with letting legislation and industry standards, including trends in local areas.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repairs for let properties.

To be Successful

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a residential lettings department and be ARLA qualified (desirable).

You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels with internal and external clients, in both verbal and written communications. You will have proven organisational skills and demonstrate the ability to prioritise effectively whilst upholding a meticulous attention to detail. We are looking for an individual who will thrive in a fast paced environment and be a team player.

You must hold a full clean driving licence.
