Your New Opportunity

We have a unique opportunity for a full-time Senior Administrator to join our busy team in our Aberdeen office to provide comprehensive support to the Agency, Energy & Rural teams. If successful you will be joining a diverse multi-disciplinary firm with offices across Scotland and Northern England, specialising in property sales and lettings, and the rural, energy, forestry and commercial sectors.


Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Agency, Energy & Rural Departments.
  • Provide support and assistance in preparation and compiling of valuation reports and help to ensure all Sharepoint filing is RICS compliant and company valuation procedures are followed.
  • Liaise with colleagues to compile and ensure all necessary compliance documentation is in place including AML documents and the correct internal storage of such, prior to commencement of new firm instructions in respect of Agency, Rural and Energy clients. · Audio/copy typing, drafting, proof reading and formatting letters, reports, valuation reports, agreements and other documentation.
  • Handling property enquiries for both residential & rural sales, organising viewings, viewing follow ups & liaising with clients, providing an extremely high level of service to both buyers & sellers at all times.
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment & coordinating office maintenance.

Work Pattern

The role is offered on a full-time basis, Monday – Thursday 9am-5.30pm & Friday 9am-5pm, a total of 37hrs per week. The role is based in our Aberdeen office in Cults.

To be Successful

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a professional office environment a minimum of two years experience within an administrative role. You will also have a good understanding of the land and property market.

You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels with internal and external clients and be calm under pressure. You will have proven organisational skills and demonstrate the ability to prioritise effectively whilst upholding meticulous attention to detail.

You will have be proficient in DocuSign and Microsoft packages with exceptional competencies in SharePoint, Excel & Word. We are looking for an individual who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.

You must hold a full clean driving licence.
