Sales Negotiator
Location: Inverness
|Full-time (office based)
We have a unique opportunity for a full-time Sales Negotiator to join our busy team in our Inverness office to provide first class support to the residential estate agency team.
If successful you will be joining a diverse multi-disciplinary firm with offices across Scotland and Northern England, specialising in property sales and lettings, and the rural, energy, forestry and commercial sectors.
This role would suit someone with a strong interest in the property market, with prior sales negotiation experience preferable.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Being a point of contact for all client enquiries, taking a professional and friendly approach at all times.
- Handling negotiations with purchasers & clients.
- Managing the sales process through to completion.
- Preparing sales brochures and marketing material for sale listings, liaising with clients to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the marketing process.
- General office administration, supporting all team members and the wider office as required.
- May be required to assist in property appraisals and viewings.
Work Pattern
The role is offered on a full time basis, Monday – Thursday 9am-5.30pm & Friday 9am-5pm, a total of 37hrs per week.
To be Successful
The successful candidate will have previous sales negotiation experience. You will be Level 6 PropertyMark qualified or be willing to work towards this. Full support will be provided to do this.
You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels with internal and external clients and be calm under pressure. You will have proven organisational skills and demonstrate the ability to prioritise effectively whilst upholding meticulous attention to detail. You will have experience using Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and SharePoint (advantageous). Knowledge of CRM systems is also advantageous. We are looking for an individual who will thrive in a fast paced environment and be a team player.
You must hold a full clean driving licence.
