We have a unique opportunity for a full-time Property Manager to join our busy team in our Kelso office to support all aspects of residential lettings.

Your New Opportunity

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing particulars; marketing; liaising with tenants, landlords, taking up references; AML documents; preparation of lease documentation.
  • Managing the maintenance and repairs for let properties, including related invoicing.
  • Management of rents/arrears for the managed let portfolio.
  • Proactive placement of properties for let on the internet, arranging viewings and property displays.
  • Arranging property inspections, viewings, appraisals and deposit returns.
  • Regular posting on social media.

To be Successful

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 1 years’ experience within residential lettings.

You will want to grow and develop in the role, and will be expected to complete your ARLA qualification as part of the role. Full support will be provided to do this.

You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels with internal and external clients and be calm under pressure. You will have proven organisational skills and demonstrate the ability to prioritise effectively whilst upholding meticulous attention to detail. We are looking for an individual who will thrive in a fast paced environment and be a team player.

Experience of using Microsoft technology including SharePoint would be advantageous.

You must hold a full clean driving licence.

The role is offered Monday – Thursday 9am-5.30pm & Friday 9am-5pm, a total of 37hrs per week.
