We have a unique opportunity to join our Agency team in our Perth office to offer a first class estate agency service to new and existing clients across Perthshire, Kinross-shire & Angus. This role would be suited to either an Experienced Estate Agent or a Chartered Surveyor
Your New Opportunity
We have a unique opportunity to join our Agency team in our Perth office to offer a first class estate agency service to new and existing clients across Perthshire, Kinross-shire & Angus. This role would be suited to either an Experienced Estate Agent or a Chartered Surveyor. If successful you will be joining a diverse multi-disciplinary firm with offices across Scotland and Northern England, specialising in property sales and lettings and the rural, energy, forestry and commercial sectors.
We are looking for someone who has strong sales experience, buys into the culture of the Firm and has a strong team ethos.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Manage sales from launch to completion and advise clients accordingly, negotiate offers, providing the best advice to clients at all times.
- Carry out pitches, produce reports and actively source business.
- Work successfully within an established team, building the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities.
- Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market.

Work Pattern
The role is offered on a full time basis, Monday – Thursday 9am-5.30pm & Friday 9am-5pm, a total of 37hrs per week.
To be Successful
The successful candidate will have strong sales skills and experience. You will be either an experienced Estate Agent or Chartered Surveyor, and will be able to demonstrate an ability to build long lasting relationships with clients and drive repeat business.
You must hold a full, clean UK driving license.
MRICS / AssocRICS, PropertyMark (or similar qualifications) would be advantageous.
You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels with internal and external clients and be calm under pressure. You will have proven organisational skills and demonstrate the ability to prioritise effectively whilst upholding meticulous attention to detail. You will be computer literate, with experience using Microsoft packages including SharePoint and a Property CRM System (advantageous). We are looking for an individual who will thrive in a fast paced environment and be a team player.
