Client Accounting Manager
Location: Stirling

Your New Opportunity
Further to a recent internal promotion, we have a unique opportunity for a full-time Client Accounting Manager to join our busy team in our Stirling office. In this role you will support the Head of Client Accounting in providing technical and commercial service delivery across a wide-ranging portfolio of clients whilst ensuring the operational team are running efficiently and delivering a client service reflective of Galbraith standards.
If successful you will be joining a diverse multi-disciplinary firm with offices across Scotland and Northern England, specialising in property sales and lettings, and the rural, energy, forestry, and commercial sectors.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading and supporting the team to ensure timelines and delivery targets are met and output levels are of an excellent standard.
- Fostering a culture that is focused on continuous improvement and growth through employee training & development.
- Awareness and understanding of RICS Client Money Regulations ensuring bank transactions are compliant across all levels.
- Management reporting and commercial pack output.
- Reviewing, approving and signing off supervisory workings and submissions

To Be Successful
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working in an accounting environment and a desire to manage people in an operational role, focusing on getting the best out of them and playing to their strengths. Experience within a Rural Accounting setting would be desirable however is not essential.
You will an effective communicator and calm under pressure. You must have previous experience of using a variety of Microsoft packages and excellent knowledge and experience of excel would be advantageous. We are looking for an individual who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a strong collaborator.
You must hold a full clean driving licence or be able to travel to our office in Stirling via public transport.

This is a full-time role, Monday – Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm & Friday 8.30am-4.30pm, a total of 37hrs per week. Hybrid working will supported following an initial training period. Further details of this will be shared at interview.
