Following an initial inspection, Galbraith coordinated the ecology surveys and asbestos surveys prior to the demolition, to ensure the project was managed in line with the correct control measures.
Galbraith then submitted the demolition warrant on behalf of the client, submitting site plans and further information required by the local authority.
Following a competitive tender process and approval of the demolition warrant, Galbraith then managed the works on site. The project was successfully completed within budget and in accordance with the strict timescales set out by the ecologist, prior to the nesting bird season.
