Working on behalf of Marlborough (Watermead) Ltd, partner Pam Over acted as Project Manager for the speculative development of two office buildings totaling 3,178 sq m.
Two 3-storey properties occupy a prime spot on Watermead Business Park which is on the outskirts of Leicester. The role involved a full Project Management Service including selecting the consultant team, agreeing the design and cost plan, appointing the contractors and managing the project through the construction process. The project completed on time and only 11k over budget. The larger building let within two months to Hanson Minerals UK. CKD Galbraith are currently working on a major fit out of the smaller building.
