The property market continues to be ‘open for business’ however in line with Government advice our high street offices are open for pre-arranged appointments only and all non high street offices remain closed with staff continuing with remote working.

Our employees are all well positioned and rehearsed to continue with remote working as long as we are required to do so.  Through our IT infrastructure we are able to work seamlessly from remote locations and continue to provide an ongoing service to our clients across all areas of our business.

The majority of our estate agency sales and lettings teams in Scotland and England  are still working from home and where we can we are using technology such as virtual tours and facetime viewings to ensure there is no interruption to our service.  We continue  to be extremely vigilant carrying out required COVID checks, completing declaration forms, risk assessments, scrutinising prospective viewers and advising clients and viewers on necessary viewing protocols when booking appraisals, appointments and viewings as we did for most of 2020.  Our  Estate Agency High Street offices in Elgin, Aberdeen, Cupar, Castle Douglas, Kelso and Ayr are operating with a skeleton staff in the office and any essential visits by appointment only.  Our 7 non High Street offices in Perth, Inverness, Stirling, Edinburgh, Penrith, Hexham and Blagdon are closed with all staff providing services from home.  Our estate agency consultants based in Galashiels, Stranraer and Oban are all working from home as usual.
