Alan joined Land Factor in 1981 which merged with Galbraith in 2019. He works as a Land Agent within our Hexham Office. He manages Rural Estates throughout the North East of England.
Heather Hardy
Sales
Heather joined the Galbraith Hexham office in November 2019. She is a seasoned estate agent with a passion for selling houses and over 35 years of experience. She is part of our residential sales team specialising in the sale of rural and residential property covering house sales from coast to coast, Cumbria and south from the Scottish Border into North Yorkshire.

Hugo joined Galbraith in 2019 following our merger with Land Factor and is an Associate based in our Hexham office carrying out estate management and professional work throughout the North East of England. He has been successful in crystallising a wide range of opportunities in development, telecoms, renewable energy and the environment for his clients, and is currently a trustee of Tyne Rivers Trust.

Mark joined Land Factor in 2011. Following the merger with Galbraith in 2019, Mark is now a Land Agent within our Hexham Office and carries out a wide range of professional and management work on rural properties across the North of England.

Megan joined the Hexham office in 2017 working in the estate management team. In November 2019 she joined the Residential Sales team.

Peter is a former director of Land Factor which he joined in 1998. Following the merger with Galbraith in 2019 Peter is a Partner based across our Hexham and Blagdon Offices. Working throughout the North East of England he specialises in estate management, rural commercial property and deal negotiation with a particular interest in mineral extraction.

Roddy is a former director of Land Factor which he joined in 2004. Following the merger with Galbraith in 2019 he is now the Partner in charge of our Hexham Office. Working throughout the North-East of England Roddy specialises in rural estate management. He has extensive experience of dealing with development land and taking it through the planning process.

Sam joined Galbraith in November 2019 and is Head of Residential Agency in our Hexham office. He is a qualified chartered surveyor with twenty plus years’ experience selling mid to high value houses across the UK. Sam’s varied experience enables him to dissect some of the more complex scenarios and deliver continual results for his clients.

Sarah joined Galbraith in 2019 as a Graduate Rural Surveyor in the Hexham Office. She undertakes a variety of work including estate management, valuations and rural grant applications and is working towards her RICS APC and Fellowship of CAAV.
Tom Jenks

Tom joined Land Factor in 2016 which merged with Galbraith in 2019. Tom is a Land Agent within our Hexham Office working throughout Northern England and Southern Scotland managing rural estates. He also assists the sales teams with selling farms and country houses in Northumberland.
