Quinquennial Survey Inspection, Aberfoyle

Preparation of Quinquennial survey report of St Mary Scottish Episcopal Church and Rectory to create an accurate record of the condition of the church and manse, so the client can use it as a reference over the long term to plan and budget for maintenance and repairs.

The report provides recommendations on maintenance cycles for key building elements to allow their full life to be estimated and achieved. This information will help avoid costly and unnecessary urgent replacements and ensure that budgets can be managed and funds saved for specific elements of work.

The church Rectory was due to be vacated  shortly after our inspection and we were able to extend our report to help advise the church committee on maintenance they may wish to consider in addition to the cyclical maintenance with a view to upgrading the property to more modern standards and meeting appropriate statutory requirements.

This report is one of a number of Quinquennial and Planned Maintenance surveys that Galbraith have undertaken for Scottish Episcopal Church and other similar organisation.
