Quinquennial Survey Inspection

Galbraith were instructed to prepare a quinquennial survey report of St Michael and All Angels' Scottish Episcopal Church. 

The Galbraith team were to create an accurate record of the condition of the church and manse, so the client could use it as a reference over the long term to plan and budget for maintenance and repairs.

The report provided recommendations on maintenance cycles for key building elements to allow their full life to be estimated and achieved. This information will help avoid costly and unnecessary urgent replacements and ensure that budgets can be managed and funds saved for specific elements of work.

This report is one of a number of Quinquennial and Planned Maintenance surveys that Galbraith have undertaken for Scottish Episcopal Church and other similar organisation.
