Purclewan Mill, near Dalrymple in Ayrshire, was originally a rundown farmhouse and steading about five miles south east of Ayr.
We advised and acted for the owner in the off-market sale of the farmhouse and buildings to a developer, subject to planning permission for six homes.
We then advised the developer on the potential layout and design of the houses to be constructed, and then marketed and sold the completed houses on his behalf. Purclewan Mill is now an award winning development.
