We have a unique opportunity for a Rural and Energy Team Assistant to support our busy Rural and Energy teams based in our Cupar office.

The role may be offered on a full time or part time basis.

As Rural and Energy Team Assistant, you will provide a full range of administrative and property management support to the wider Cupar team as required.


Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Audio/copy typing, proofreading, minute taking and drafting and formatting of letters, valuation reports, agreements and other documentation.
  • Assist with diary management and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist with workflow logs and general estate management matters including liaising with contractors and tenants.
  • Undertake desk-based internet enquiries to assist with information for reports.
  • Collate reports, agendas and minutes for issuing.
  • Assist with preparing subjects of valuation and general estate plans.
  • Ensure office systems relating to managed estates are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Administer online platforms used by the team in relation to property management and compliance.

To be Successful

The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively at all levels with both internal and external clients. You must be confident to communicate in a professional and empathetic manner, in both verbal and written communications. You will have proven organisational skills and demonstrate the ability to prioritise effectively whilst upholding a meticulous attention to detail. We are looking for an individual who will thrive in a fast paced environment and be a team player.
