Salary: £25,000-£27,000 (DOE)

Galbraith is a diverse multi-disciplinary Firm of Property Consultants with offices across Northern England and Scotland, specialising in the rural, forestry, energy, commercial and residential sectors with a growing presence in the emerging Natural Capital sector. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Property Administrator to join our Inverness office to provide support to the Residential Sales team. This is a great opportunity for an administrator who is looking for a new challenge. 

The role is responsible for the providing a full range of proactive administrative support to the team including, but not limited to:

  • Proactively arranging and carrying out viewings, ensuring follow up calls take place with clients.
  • Management of social media pages.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing material. To include Home Reports, photography and signage.
  • Managing external portal data and enquiries
  • Preparing sales brochures

The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively at all levels with both internal and external clients. You must be confident to communicate in a professional and empathetic manner, in both verbal and written communications. You will have proven organisational skills and demonstrate the ability to prioritise effectively whilst upholding a meticulous attention to detail. We are looking for an individual who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.
