We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our Client Accounting team based in our Stirling office.

Galbraith is a diverse multi-disciplinary Firm of Property Consultants with offices across Northern England and Scotland, specialising in the rural, forestry, energy, commercial, building consultancy and residential sectors with a growing presence in the emerging Natural Capital sector. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our Client Accounting team based in our Stirling office. The purpose of this role is to support the Client Accounts Team to provide a first-class payroll service to a portfolio of clients. This role may be offered on a part or full time basis and hybrid working is available following an initial training period.
Your New Role
- Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing payroll for all employees accurately and on time ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for management analysis, including payroll summaries and labour cost reports.
- Handle enquiries related to payroll from employees and management in a professional manner.
- Support Client Accounts Team as required to ensure seamless integration between payroll and financial systems.
- Experience of using Xero and Sage is essential.
To Be Successful
The successful candidate will have excellent teamwork and communication skills, be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and have a high attention to detail. We are seeking an individual with a minimum two years experience within a payroll position and have experience using Xero and Sage. You will also have experience in managing multiple clients, ideally with a background in agriculture or managed estates. Due to the location of the office, a full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.
