Lettings Administrator

Our Perth office are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Lettings Administrator to join their busy team. 

The overall purpose of the role will be to work alongside the Perth office staff, providing first class Lettings and General Administration. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a can-do attitude who thrives on a challenge.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Apply meticulous attention to detail when assisting with and collating information for professional reports. 
  • Communicate effectively when instructing contractors for property repairs.
  • Manage the contractors’ database, updating as and when required.
  • Ensure timely recording and acknowledgment of new jobs/instructions.
  • Proactively carry out internet and telephone based searches in order to obtain information.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly approach when liaising with clients by telephone and e-mail. 
  • Audio/copy typing.
  • Manage telephone enquiries in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Prepare and format letters, reports, and spreadsheets, whilst applying meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collate monthly tasks and proactively following up to ensure tasks are completed.
  • Provide general office admin support.
  • Assist with aspects of the running of the lettings department.
  • Carry out property inspections, viewings, check-ins, check-outs and such like as required by the residential lettings and sales teams.


The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks competently.
  • Ability to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand, prioritise and operate within a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to apply total discretion and confidentiality when handling highly sensitive information.
  • Computer literate with ability to use a variety of software packages to a high standard.

Full UK driving licence is essential.
