DESCRIPTION
Chapelarroch Farmhouse
Chapelarroch Farmhouse is a traditional 1½ storey 4 bedroom stone-built farmhouse set under a pitched slate roof. The house is accessed via a private tarmac courtyard which leads to the minor public road. The property provides well-proportioned accommodation over two levels but would benefit from modernisation throughout. The layout is shown in more detail in the floorplans contained within these particulars.

Garden Ground
There is a small garden area located to the south of the property which is mostly laid to lawn and enclosed with a traditional stone dyke and timber fencing. Further to the south of the property, over the public road is the main garden area for the property. This majority of this area is laid to lawn with a number of flower beds, small trees and shrubs.

Farm Buildings
The former farm steading at Chapelarroch Farm forms a range of traditional and modern buildings, presenting a potential opportunity for development subject to acquiring the necessary consents.
