The Land at Langbank lies approximately 1.5 miles to the east of the settlement of Langbank, approx 5.3 miles to the east of the town of Port Glasgow on the southern the bank of the River Clyde. The land is bound to the north by the M8 offering swift commuting links to Glasgow, Glasgow International Airport and Central Scotland beyond.
