LOT 2 - LAND ABOUT 10.03 HA (24.78 ACRES)
The land in Lot 2 extends to approximately 10.03 Ha (24.78 Acres) and is a mix of rolling pasture and fodder land. The land is largely of a southerly aspect rising from the Castle Rankine Burn to its highest point adjacent to the public road. There is a further area of woodland situated immediately adjacent to the Castle Rankine Burn to the far south west of the holding. The land is currently let on a seasonal basis to a neighbouring farmer for grazing and has been cut for silage and hay but the land has historically grown cereals, turnips and potatoes.
