The Land at Glendevon is situated centrally within the Ochil Hills, approximately half a mile to the south of the settlement of Glendevon, about 9.5 miles south east of Auchterarder. The land sits in an accessible location with excellent links to the A9 which is some 7 miles to the north west providing swift access to Stirling, Glasgow and Perth, with the M90 being 10 miles to the east providing further access to Edinburgh and the north of the country.
Gleneagles mainline railway station is about 7 miles to the north west and offers regular connections to Glasgow and Perth with Edinburgh Airport some 32 miles to the south east, offering a large number of daily international and domestic flights.
