The properties are situated immediately to the south of the A803 public road which links Kirkintilloch and Bishopbriggs. The Forth-Clyde canal lies to the south of the cottages and the surrounding area mainly comprises of rolling farmland.
Easter Cadder is surrounded by picturesque scenery and is a short drive from the suburbs of Bearsden, Milngavie and Bishopbriggs where a wider selection of facilities are on offer along with rail links to Glasgows West End, City Centre, Edinburgh and the North. The towns of Kirkintilloch and Bishopbriggs have a variety of local shops and services including pubs, doctors, dentists and supermarkets. The area has many great walks, cycles along the old canal networks, rural attractions and a variety of other leisure activities to be enjoyed locally including horse riding and bowling. The cottages are of brick construction with a painted and harled exterior under a pitched tile roof. The cottages have areas of lawn to the front and rear and are enclosed to the north by a stone wall.
