Easter Cadder Cottages are located between the towns of Kirkintilloch and Bishopbriggs in East Dunbartonshire. The properties are situated immediately to the south of the A803 public road which links Kirkintilloch and Bishopbriggs. The Forth-Clyde canal lies to the south of the cottages and the surrounding area mainly comprises of rolling farmland.
Easter Cadder is surrounded by picturesque scenery and is a short drive from the suburbs of Bearsden, Milngavie and Bishopbriggs where a wider selection of facilities are on offer along with rail links to Glasgow’s West End, City Centre, Edinburgh and the North. The towns of Kirkintilloch and Bishopbriggs have a variety of local shops and services including pubs, doctors, dentists and supermarkets. The area has many great walks, cycles along the old canal networks, rural attractions and a variety of other leisure activities to be enjoyed locally including horse riding and bowling. Nearby Golf courses include Cawder, Hayston and Kirkintilloch to name but a few. The cottages are of brick construction with a painted and harled exterior under a pitched tile roof. The cottages have areas of lawn to the front and rear and are enclosed to the north by a stone wall.
Internally the cottages are effectively mirror images of each other and benefit from the following accommodation:

The cottages have recently been repainted internally but would benefit from some modernisation. There is also significant scope for the cottages to be converted into a single dwellinghouse.
