Little Muirhead Farm Steading
Little Muirhead Farm Steading is located in the small settlement of Muirhead, a short distance east of Cults Hill, and approximately 4 miles south of Cupar. The subjects benefit from an edge of village location with an attractive outlook over the surrounding countryside. The subjects are situated adjacent to a minor public road to the west of the A916, which connects Cupar with southern Fife.
DESCRIPTION The subjects comprise a range of traditional stone built buildings. The site extends to approximately 0.55 acres and is bound to the west by mature trees and agricultural land, north-east by a minor public road and residential properties, and to the south by agricultural buildings.
The site will be accessed via a shared driveway from the public road immediately to the west of the buildings under a right of access.
The subjects benefit from planning consent for the conversion of steading building to form two houses. Details of the planning permission are available on the Fife Council planning portal website under the reference 15/03877/ FULL.
