Moon Loch and Land
The land comprises an attractive block of rough grazing and woodland, with the loch locally known as the Moon Loch (or Lochan Na Gealaich) included within the sale.
The land extends to approximately 33 acres in total and comprises an area of rough grazing with pockets of self-seeded woodland and native scrub woodland. The land, which has not been formally grazed for many years, adjoins the minor public road, and extends to approximately 17 acres. The loch, extending to around 16 acres, offers excellent fishing potential, and is understood to have a good population of native brown trout. The ruins of an old farmstead are located on the land.
