Balcanquhal Farm is an excellent mixed agricultural property which lies close to the small village of Gateside in an area of rolling countryside on the border between Fife and Perth & Kinross. The property lies about 14 miles west of the town of Cupar, some 34.5 miles north of Edinburgh.
