The Land extends to approximately 25.85 Ha (63.88 Acres) and has been classified as Grade 3.1 by the James Hutton Institute. The Land at Longforgan lies between 10m and 25m above sea level and is generally level but a slight south-facing aspect. All of the land lies within a
ring fence and is well suited to growing cereals, with peas and potatoes having been grown successfully on the most northerly enclosure. The land is currently split into three main enclosures and benefits from good access off the minor public road which links Longforgan to Inchture. There is a small area of amenity woodland along the western boundary of the property.
