Dungarthill is an enchanting Perthshire estate lying within a ring fence with ownership of all of the land and houses within its boundary. It lies amongst some of Scotland's most breathtakingly attractive countryside. At its core and completely private is Dungarthill House, a stunning example of late Victorian architecture, standing in a colourful and established garden with mature trees and shrubs that offer colour at all times of the year.
Dungarthill is a renowned pheasant shoot with established drives, benefiting from ideal topography and has been run as such for over a hundred years. During the current ownership the shoot has been extended and developed to provide two consecutive days shooting. In addition, Dungarthill offers testing fallow stalking as well as roe shooting. There is a delightful loch in the centre of the estate and this, together with a second smaller loch, as well as other lochans and splashes provides trout fishing and duck flighting, as well as potential for a micro Hydro electric power scheme
