Land At East Cambusmoon Farm

The Land at East Cambusmoon is situated to the south of the rural settlement of Gartocharn in rural West Dumbartonshire. The subjects benefit from direct access onto a minor public road, which leads south from the A811 running through the middle of Gartocharn. The City of Stirling is situated approximately 26 miles to the east with the M9 and A9 providing further links to Edinburgh and the north respectively. Glasgow is only 29 miles to the south.
The Land at East Cambusmoon is split into three blocks and extends to approximately 35.82 Ha (88.51 Acres) in all. The subjects lie within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park and have been scheduled as Grade 3.2 by the James Hutton Institute for Soil Research. Overall the land rises from approximately 45m above sea level at its lowest point adjacent to Gartocharn to approximately 70m above sea level at its highest point on the southern boundary. The fields are currently down to pasture and are well fenced suitable for both grazing and forage production.
