The land is in a ring fenced block comprising permanent pasture and rough grazing, interspersed with open native woodland. The land rises from 30m (98 ft) at the southern boundary to about 80m (262 ft) above sea level at the northern boundary. The land is presently in-hand. The permanent pasture is grazed by a small number of ponies.
