Lands At Easter Culmore
The Land at Easter Culmore lies approximately 2 ½ miles to the north east of the village of Kippen, in an area of open countryside adjacent to the River Forth in the Carse of Stirling. The subjects benefit from good access on to the A811. The City of Stirling is situated approximately 8 ½ miles to the east of the property with the M9 and M80 providing further links to both Glasgow and Edinburgh beyond.
The Land at Easter Culmore extends to approximately 17.68 Ha (43.69 Acres) in all and is situated to the north of the A811 public road. The land lies within the Carse of Stirling and is scheduled as being principally Grade 3(2) by the James Hutton Institute for Soil Research. The land rises from approximately 10m above sea level adjacent to the River Forth to 15m above sea level at its highest point adjacent to the Easter Culmore Steading. The land is currently all down to pasture and has historically been let on a seasonal basis for sheep and cattle grazing
