Land At Station Road
The Land at Station Road, Errol extends to approximately 25.90 hectares (62.00 acres) and is situated to the north-east of Errol, 1½ miles from the A90 next to the hamlet of Errol Station. The land is accessed via a private track off the unnamed road running between the A90 and Errol. The Carse of Gowrie is known for its very productive and fertile soils and is capable of producing high yields particularly in cereal crops. The land is all classified as 3 (1) by the James Hutton Institute for Soil Research. The land sits approximately 10m above sea level with an average rainfall of 20" to 30" (635mm - 762mm) per annum.
