available at Blairgowrie including the Championship Course at Rosemount. Fishing, shooting and
stalking can all be taken locally.
Alyth offers a good range of day to day amenities with a number of independent retailers, doctors
and dentist surgeries as well as a primary school. Blairgowrie, to the west, offers further facilities
including supermarkets, leisure centre and secondary schooling.
The City of Dundee can be accessed in approximately 25 minutes by car and offers a huge range of big city amenities including 2 universities, cinemas, supermarkets, train and bus stations as well as an airport with regular flights to London City. Edinburgh is approximately 1.5 hours away and
