Loch Leven which is on the door step offers walking and cycling heritage trails around the shoreline. The town of Kinross has a leisure centre, library, health centre, primary schooling, secondary school at Loch Leven Community Campus, restaurants, supermarket and independent shops. The Kinross Golf Courses, The Montgomery and The Bruce are wonderful parkland courses with views of the West Lomond Hills. Milnathort, at the foot of the Ochil Hills, offers many amenities including a nine hole golf course, park, primary school and shops.
