Denhead House is situated on the fringes of the village of Fowlis to the North of Dundee. The property enjoys a semi-rural location with magnificent views towards the River Tay and beyond. The garden has an elevated decked area from where to enjoy the summer sun and barbecues, along with a feature bridge over the Fowlis Burn which runs through the garden. To the west is a paddock with sand ménage adjacent, timber tractor shed, stabling for 3 horses, tack room and hay store . Adjacent to the garden studio are two timber sheds, currently used as log stores. There is a wooden tandem garage.
There is further grazing land to rent along with additional stabling, adjacent to Denhead House. A vehicle workshop is also be available to rent nearby.
From Perth take the A90 towards Dundee. After Longforgan turn left off A90 signposted to Fowlis. Caution: no slip road. Pass Arbuckles Farm shop and continue uphill for approximately two miles. Pass through the village of Fowlis and continue up the hill (keeping the village hall on your left) for approximately quarter of a mile. Denhead House is on the left hand side. Turn left into lane between 2 white gate posts (passing metal gates on right) and follow up and round to the stables and garden.
From Aberdeen join the A90/ Kingsway . Turn left off Kingsway on slip road at the signs for Camperdown Park /A923 and follow A923 to Birkhill and Muirhead. In Muirhead follow the road signed to Liff and Fowlis. In Fowlis turn right and continue up the hill (keeping the village hall on your left) for approximately quarter of a mile. Denhead House is on the left hand side. Turn left into lane between 2 white gate posts (passing metal gates on right) and follow up and round to the stables and garden.
