The cottage provides bright and well-proportioned accommodation, and whilst some aspects may require modernisation, the property has benefitted from continued maintenance by its current owner. The accommodation comprises:
Two reception rooms, one of which is used as an additional bedroom. Off the kitchen is a workshop area which could easily be adapted to provide additional living space. Adjoining the northern gable of the cottage is a substantial stone barn, currently utilised for storage. However,in the past it has benefited from planning permission to create additional accommodation. In addition the current owner has, in the past, obtained a building warrant to install French doors leading from the kitchen to the garden.
Two double bedrooms and a store.

The cottage sits within approximately 0.58 acres of mature garden grounds, containing a range of trees, shrubs and bushes, as well as borders and a rockery. To the front of the house there is a lawned area leading down to a small stream.
