Kemphills Farm sits to the north of Dundee and south of Forfar within the county of Angus. The area is renowned as a productive agricultural county and is well served by agricultural merchants, including a livestock market at Forfar and an active local machinery ring.
Forfar can be accessed in approximately 10 minutes by car and offers a good range of local facilities including independent retailers, supermarkets, veterinary, doctor and dental practices, as well as banks, primary and secondary schooling. There are also a number of private schools within commuting distance including High School of Dundee and Lathallan School.
The city of Dundee can be reached in approximately 15 minutes and provides a wide range of big city amenities including cinemas, railway and bus stations as well as an airport providing regular flights to London Stanstead.

Heading north on the A90 from Dundee take the turning for Shielhill and Kellas. At the T-junction turn right signposted Kellas and Broughty Ferry and then immediately left signposted Kellas. On entering the village of Kellas turn left at the T-junction onto the B978. Follow the B978 for approximately 5 miles and Kemphills is on your right.
